If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, or call 0800 023 4567. Eligibility and the relevant time limits apply.

The enquiry form prepares a message in your email app; it does not submit or store an enquiry in a website database. The message is sent only when you choose to send it in your email app.
Client questionnaires and supporting documents are handled through the separately hosted Mswitch Client Portal at mswitchportal.netlify.app. The website’s Client Portal page makes that destination clear before you continue. Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Maps and your email service operate separately when you follow those links. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser.
